of a fresh executive leadership team. Sara Capital Partners, acting as the lead investor, drove the
transaction, which fortifies the Company’s fiscal base and supplies growth capital to speed up the creation
and rollout of custom AI infrastructure for its strategic collaborators.
The recapitalization lets Krambu forge key strategic growth alliances—including the previously disclosed
pact with White Fiber—and reinforces the Company’s goal to bring 100 megawatts of AI-ready capacity
