During its fourth annual Reunion held in the Fort Worth Stockyards, owners of boutique professional services companies will develop their 2027 operational roadmaps leveraging artificial intelligence.
The Reunion ensures they leave with a completed 2027 operating plan. In just one day, our members—using AI and their own company data, alongside 150 peers operating comparable firms—will construct it.”— Jeff Klaumann, President, Collective 54DALLAS, TX, UNITED STATES, August 13, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Collective 54, the mastermind group for founders building AI-Native professional services firms, is set to hold its fourth annual Reunion from October 26 to 27, 2026, at Hotel Drover in the Fort Worth Stockyards. One hundred fifty founders and executives from boutique professional services firms will convene over two days, with one entire day dedicated to creating the most critical document of their year: the 2027 operating plan.
Those in attendance will not simply observe. Each participant will bring their own company’s figures, and Co-Founder, Collective 54’s custom-built AI agent, will handle the intensive work while Collective 54 founder Greg Alexander and the Collective 54 team guide the room through each step of the process. By day’s end, every founder will possess a tailored operational plan outlining precisely what should be prioritized in 2027 and exactly how to carry it out. No consultant, no six-week engagement, and no five-figure fee; the plan is ready before they board their flight home.
In addition to the plan-building session, members will experience everything the Reunion is known for: main stage presentations, success stories from founders running similarly sized firms, and two days of peer connections that endure well beyond the event. The gathering will also include the Member Recognition Dinner, during which Collective 54 acknowledges the contributions members have made to the community over the past year. Every seat is occupied by an owner or executive of a boutique professional services firm pursuing the same objective of becoming an AI-Native organization, making this a truly unique gathering.
The Reunion is limited to 150 attendees and is available to all Collective 54 members on a first-come, first-served basis until all spots are filled.
“Most events send a founder home feeling inspired, or worse, loaded with ideas that never fully come to life. The Reunion sends them home with their 2027 operating plan finished. A strategy firm would charge many times the price of a ticket to build that document and take six weeks to deliver it. Our members will build it in a day, using AI, on their own data, alongside 150 peers who run firms just like theirs. That is what turns two great days at the Reunion into a better year.” Jeff Klaumann, President, Collective 54.
About Collective 54
Collective 54 is the mastermind community for founders and executives of boutique professional services firms. Collective 54 is the authority on helping those firms become AI-Native, and named the category: the AI-Native Boutique Firm. An AI-Native Boutique Firm is a firm where AI delivers the work and people supervise the judgment, so growth no longer depends on billable hours and headcount.
Collective 54 membership provides three things. Methodology: the proven ways to run an AI-Native boutique firm, from client acquisition to pricing to delivery to exit. Technology: Co-Founder, Collective 54’s AI, which puts that methodology to work inside the member’s firm. Capacity: Collective 54 staff who operate Co-Founder on a member’s behalf and hand back finished work.
Members are founders, owners, and equity-holding executives of firms with 10 to 250 employees and $5 million to $50 million in revenue. Every member firm is in NAICS 54, the professional services code Collective 54 is named for. NAICS 54 spans nine sub-verticals, and Collective 54 serves all nine: legal services, accounting and tax, architecture and engineering, specialized design, IT and software development, management consulting, scientific research and development, advertising and public relations, and other professional and technical services. Collective 54 has a few hundred members across North America.
Founders join Collective 54 to make more money, make scaling easier, and make an exit achievable. Sixty-one Collective 54 members have sold their firms since early 2020, for just over $3.5 billion in total value.
