The Great Place to Work certification footprint of Yango Group, a tech company based in the UAE, has grown from nine countries in 2025 to 17 in 2026. Feedback from 938 employees across the certified markets served as the basis for the latest certification round.
Across those 17 markets, 88% of surveyed employees described their organization as a great workplace. Among the top scores, 96% reported fair treatment irrespective of gender, 94% said new hires are welcomed, and 93% indicated that employees are entrusted with significant responsibility.
The 2026 certification covers Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, the UAE, Oman, Pakistan, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Senegal, Zambia, Cameroon, Angola, Peru, Bolivia and Colombia — eight more countries than in 2025.
