Taking place from September 1-4 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CEDIA Expo 2026 gathered professionals from the residential systems integration field to highlight the newest developments in audio, video, lighting, security, smart home technology, and design. The Best Booth Awards, introduced for 2026, celebrated exhibitors for outstanding design, compelling product narratives, and visitor interaction.
Origin Acoustics approached its CEDIA presence with a bold concept: instead of showcasing its products in a conventional exhibit setup, construct a series of home-like settings that allowed guests to experience the technology in the environments it was meant for.
ColorCraft turned that idea into a 50-by-70-foot, 3,500-square-foot branded space, handling everything from design and engineering through fabrication and setup.
The exhibit included four unique residential areas, each crafted to deliver a distinct experience within the overall layout. An elevated living room space featured custom luxury cabinetry and high-end finishes, while an outdoor living area offered an open-air setting for experiencing Origin’s offerings. A cozy family room built around a striking fireplace added another immersive home setting, and an elegant dining room showcased a custom desert window view that provided a dramatic visual element.
Across the exhibit, architectural details, integrated lighting, custom millwork, hospitality zones, landscaping, and carefully chosen finishes helped unify the individual spaces into a cohesive experience. Product showcases were seamlessly woven into the area, enabling Origin Acoustics to demonstrate its technology in context rather than relying on standard product displays.
