Following three years of work on platform construction, client project execution, and QA system development, Tristin is moving to Dubai to support Labarna AI's expanding UAE presence.
Labarna AI by TFSF Ventures FZ-LLC, the venture architecture firm behind a collection of agentic infrastructure and enterprise platforms, has announced that Tristin Foster will relocate to Dubai to assume a broader role within the company’s operations. Tristin will collaborate closely with founder and CEO Steven Foster to enhance the firm’s product capabilities, instruct new platform operators, and keep contributing to the advancement of the company’s custom quality assurance software. This move represents a significant milestone for both Tristin and the organization. Over the last three years, Tristin has collaborated directly with Steven Foster, gaining business knowledge through practical engagement in platform builds, client deliveries, testing, quality assurance, and routine operations. His relocation reflects a natural evolution of that experience, granting him increased responsibility and positioning him nearer to the team, technology, and decisions that will define the company’s next phase of expansion.
“Tristin has been working with me for three years — the day-to-day operations, client work, building systems, all of it,” said Steven Foster, Founder and CEO of Labarna AI. “He has earned more responsibility because he has put in the work. Now it is time for him to be here where he can contribute even more.”
A key element of Tristin’s larger role will be assisting the team in continuously refining and broadening Labarna AI’s platform offerings. He will help determine which features should be developed next, put new functionalities through stress tests, pinpoint areas for improvement, and ensure the platforms the firm delivers meet the standards required in live client environments. His position is not to lead product development, but to apply the expertise he has already acquired to the process and contribute to making the products stronger.
Tristin will also assume a more substantial role in onboarding new operators as Labarna AI continues to grow its operations. The company’s platforms require personnel who grasp not only the intended functions of the systems but also their behavior during everyday use. Over the past three years, Tristin has devoted considerable time to working through those systems, identifying faults, refining workflows, and building an understanding of how the technology can be streamlined for its users. That knowledge is hard to convey through documentation alone. He will work directly with new operators, guiding them through the platforms, explaining internal procedures, and demonstrating how the systems function in real-world scenarios. When a new team member joins the operation, Tristin will be among those helping them get up to speed correctly.
Another critical aspect of his role involves the ongoing development of Labarna AI’s proprietary quality assurance software. Tristin has already been contributing to the company’s QA efforts with growing involvement, and that responsibility will expand this autumn. Quality assurance is essential to everything Labarna AI delivers. It is how the organization detects problems, verifies functionality, stress-tests systems, and ensures platforms meet the required standard before being deployed in a client setting. Moving forward, Tristin will keep helping to expand the QA platform and contribute to the autonomous agents being developed to automate many of its core functions. The objective is to capture the way he naturally approaches quality assurance — looking for inconsistencies, spotting trends, questioning whether something is operating as intended, and identifying potential failure points — and increasingly embed that logic into the system itself.
“Tristin thinks analytically. He naturally looks for what is wrong, what can break, and what can be improved,” said Foster. “The opportunity now is to take that instinct and build more of it into the technology, so the agents begin reflecting the same rigor and pattern recognition he brings manually.”
What makes Tristin’s transition noteworthy is the groundwork that preceded it. For three years, he has been actively engaged in client projects, platform development, system testing, problem-solving, and the everyday realities of delivering technology under genuine deadlines and contractual obligations. He has seen what it takes to turn an idea into a working platform and what happens once that platform reaches the people who must use it. Tristin is the first to admit he still has more to learn and further responsibility to earn. What the past three years have provided him is a familiarity with the work that cannot be developed overnight. He knows the platforms, understands the company’s standards, and recognizes where he can make a meaningful impact.
“I didn’t take the traditional path, and I wouldn’t trade it,” said Tristin Foster. “I’ve spent three years learning by doing — watching what works, what breaks, and what it actually takes to ship something real. I’m not going to say I have all the answers because I don’t. But I know the platforms, I know the process, and I know how to make things work better for the people who use them. I’m ready to take what I’ve learned and do more with it.”

Rather than depending entirely on external hiring and expecting a newcomer to immediately grasp the company’s technology, operational standards, and culture, Labarna AI has spent three years developing Tristin through direct hands-on experience. That investment now results in a team member who already comprehends how the business operates and can start contributing from day one.
