This hiring signals a new phase for Sumeru's digital transformation unit as it moves forward with its growth plans and AI-era positioning for enterprise customers

Over the past seven years, Sumeru US has been developing its digital transformation practice while serving enterprise clients. In this new position, Buckley will oversee Sumeru US’s enterprise growth strategy, brand positioning, and go-to-market initiatives, in addition to broader operational management across the organization, as the company broadens its Digital Customer Experience, Agentic AI, and Cybersecurity practices.
Buckley brings over twenty years of expertise in agency expansion, operations, and new business leadership to Sumeru. She was instrumental in building VaynerMedia and most recently grew its west coast operations by more than 8X in revenue within under three years, achieving nearly 70% new business growth. Earlier in her professional journey, she occupied senior roles at holding company agencies WPP and Grey London, Paris and US. She has recently finished an executive program at Imperial College Business School concentrating on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI Ethics and Governance.
Beyond growth strategy, Buckley's duties include broader operational leadership across Sumeru US, working closely with functional leaders in client delivery, talent, operations and marketing to unify the business around a shared growth agenda as the firm scales its enterprise offerings.
