This measure would allocate $8.4 billion in essential funds to accelerate pioneering immunology research, targeting the prevention and treatment of cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, and other chronic, severe conditions that touch nearly every household in California.
The PPIC’s “Californians and Their Government” poll, fielded September 4–10, 2026, assessed voter perspectives on the November ballot, legislative measures, citizen initiatives, and both state and federal issues.
