HSIM Completes Eight Years of Digital Skilling, Sets Target to Train 100,000 Entrepreneurs by 2030

Navneet Gupta, the founder of HSIM, unveiling the institute’s goal to educate 100,000 digital entrepreneurs across the nation by 2030.

The Karnal-based institution has educated over 1,000 students in eight years; its 2030 objective was revealed during its inaugural Digital Business Summit.

“Relocating to Delhi or Bangalore isn’t required to launch a digital venture. Karnal can serve as that foundation, and so can a hundred other cities like it.”— Navneet Kumar GuptaKARNAL, HARYANA, INDIA, July 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — HSIM, a digital training institute located in Karnal, Haryana, celebrated eight years of activity with its first-ever Digital Business Summit, which took place on 18 July 2026 at Vivaan, Karnal. During the event, the organization declared its ambition to train 100,000 digital entrepreneurs all over India by 2030.

Established in 2018, HSIM has instructed over 1,000 students in digital marketing, search engine strategies, and online business management. Former students have secured salaried positions, developed independent freelancing careers, and, in numerous instances, registered their own businesses. The 2030 objective signifies a hundredfold growth from that foundation and broadens the institute’s influence beyond Haryana to students nationwide.

The summit featured 11 speakers from India’s digital landscape and attracted more than 150 participants from Karnal, Panipat, Yamunanagar, and neighboring districts. Discussion topics included artificial intelligence for content and search, marketing automation, lead generation, affiliate marketing, and domain investing.

“For eight years, our progress has been measured one student at a time. The 2030 goal shifts the scale, but not the approach. We aim to demonstrate that moving to Delhi or Bangalore is unnecessary for building a digital enterprise. Karnal can be that hub, and so can a hundred cities like it.”
— Navneet Gupta, Founder, HSIM

Presenters at the summit comprised Satish Kushwaha of Satish K Videos, Kulwant Nagi of AIGrowthSkool, Sourabh Rana of SEORana, Abhishek Jain of Digitofy, Gundeep Singh Grover of Kings Digital, Rajan Chopra of Grimbyte Technologies, Abhishek Sood of Local Sites Pro, Piyush Dimri of Launchigo Media, Jatin Batra of DesigningBrain, Hitesh Wadhwa of Domainofy, and Karnal-based content creator Antim Dhiman. The event was hosted by emcee Mehak Sharma.

The schedule progressed from a formal inauguration and lamp-lighting ceremony to consecutive speaker presentations, an interactive Q&A session where attendees posed questions directly to the speakers, and a lively networking lunch. The day concluded with an awards ceremony where the institute honored its highest-achieving students for their outcomes, alongside the summit speakers. Participants received a printed guide containing practical prompts and workflows designed for immediate application.

“Skills training in a smaller city fails for one reason: people learn something and then have no one to build with. That is the gap we aimed to fill. Training provides the skill. The community sustains it.”
— Navneet Gupta, Founder, HSIM

HSIM has confirmed that the Digital Business Summit will become an annual event, supplementing the institute’s current monthly industry workshop series. Information regarding the 2027 edition is anticipated to be released later this year.
