LONDON, UK — Venture School has officially launched Venture OS, an AI-native venture operating system that fuses artificial intelligence, established frameworks for building ventures, and a broad network of experienced mentors. This platform is designed to assist founders, academic institutions, accelerators, and corporate innovation departments in developing ventures with greater certainty and reduced uncertainty.
Each year, countless individuals begin with a business concept. Only a handful manage to create a lasting enterprise. The obstacle is seldom the idea itself. Rather, it is the disjointed nature of researching, validating, planning, raising capital, and executing that impedes even the most committed entrepreneurs. Venture School is convinced a more effective approach exists.
The organization was established by Dipesh Savani, a venture builder and operator with over twenty years of expertise spanning venture capital, corporate innovation, and digital transformation. Most recently, Savani served as a founding member of S60 Ventures, where he played a key role in establishing the Saudi Investment Bank’s US$100 million Corporate Venture Capital division, subsequently leading SAIB Innovate, the bank’s AI-focused venture incubation program. Prior to that, he spent six years as a Digital Leader at McKinsey & Company, directing digital transformation and venture-building efforts for financial institutions in more than 25 countries, after setting up the in-house digital studio at Al-Futtaim Group, one of the Middle East’s largest retail conglomerates.
Throughout his career, one recurring theme stood out.
“I repeatedly encountered gifted founders with bold ideas, yet the process of creating companies was scattered,” Savani remarked. “People were jumping between AI tools, spreadsheets, documents, workshops, and mentoring sessions that never connected. Great ideas exist everywhere. What founders truly require is a system that converts those ideas into actual businesses.”
That realization gave rise to Venture School.
Instead of offering just another online course or a standalone AI chatbot, Venture OS unifies venture-building programs, an AI-enhanced workspace, and a global community of founders, operators, and mentors within a single interconnected platform. Drawing on widely recognized methodologies like Lean Canvas, Business Model Canvas, Design Thinking, Customer Discovery, and Value Proposition Design, the system enables founders to progress from idea validation to investor readiness through a cohesive workflow. In this process, every interview, mentoring session, AI interaction, and business choice contributes to a unified venture record.
At the platform’s core is an AI Co-Founder that organizes research, questions assumptions, prepares materials for investors, and ensures founders maintain momentum. When founders conduct customer interviews, the AI captures essential insights, connects them to venture hypotheses, and highlights where evidence either supports or contradicts their reasoning. Rather than substituting mentors, it eliminates routine tasks so that human expertise can concentrate on richer discussions and more sound decisions.
Venture OS has already been tested through entrepreneurship and founder initiatives, including at Middlesex University, where over 50 founders utilized the platform to develop and validate their business ideas.
