As a new addition to BIXOLON’s XT6 Series lineup, the XT6-60N was created to address the changing labeling requirements in manufacturing, transportation and logistics, healthcare, and retail sectors. Capable of handling media up to 6 inches (178 mm) wide, this industrial printer achieves print speeds of up to 12 ips (305 mm/sec) at 203 dpi and up to 10 ips (254 mm/sec) at 300 dpi, ensuring the speed, accuracy, and dependability needed for high-volume, mission-critical label printing.
Built with a flat and right-angle design to fit smoothly into industrial workspaces, the XT6-60N incorporates a 5-inch color TFT touch LCD screen for easy operation and printer control. To guarantee steady print quality across various media types, the device includes an adjustable 8-level print head pressure control and tool-free ribbon tension adjustment, allowing quick media changes and simpler upkeep. The XT6-60N also provides flexible media handling through support for both internal and external rewinders, making it well-suited for a range of large-format label printing tasks.
Designed for tough industrial workflows, the XT6-60N comes with up to 1 GB SDRAM and 1 GB Flash memory to manage complex print jobs and large data files efficiently. To ease deployment into current operations, the printer works with BIXOLON’s SLCS™ command language as well as BPL-Z™ (ZPL II®), BPL-E™ (EPL™), and BPL-D™ (DPL) emulations, enabling businesses to incorporate industrial printing into existing setups without altering software or creating new command scripts. The device also offers broad connectivity choices, including USB, Serial, Ethernet, and dual USB Host interfaces as standard, with optional WLAN, Bluetooth®, Parallel, or GPIO connections to meet diverse workflow needs.
