OneAccord, a Kirkland-based business advisory and consulting firm, today announced that Jesse Kreun has been named Chief Operating Officer and Managing Principal of the firm’s Technology Enablement Practice, effective immediately.

Kreun brings a background steeped in operations leadership, with a focus on process improvement, employee engagement, and organizational health. His previous roles include Director at Bellevue Healthcare and Training Lead at Blueprint Technologies, and he is a certified OASYS implementer. In his dual capacity, Kreun will oversee OneAccord’s internal operations as COO while also directing the firm’s Technology Enablement work, which targets companies with $25 million to $100 million in annual revenue. The goal: help those owners and leadership teams extract real value from AI, automation, and the systems they already have in place.
Kreun is leading OneAccord’s transition toward becoming an AI-native firm, with a focus on improving how its people work and serve clients. The practice brings that same disciplined approach to clients.
The practice begins by understanding each client’s processes, priorities and existing technology, then identifies where better use of current systems, targeted upgrades or new capabilities would create value.
