Across all campuses, certificates continue to be awarded as members fulfill graduation requirements. Since the credential’s launch, the requirements have remained unchanged, as has the process for evaluating submissions.
“We reached 800 without altering any aspect of the review process,” stated Mark Berringer, spokesperson for New Era Learning. “Each certificate involved a coach who examined the submission and attached their personal name to it. That is something we refuse to sacrifice in exchange for higher numbers.”
Graduation Process
The graduation system blends campus-based testing and submitted assignments. Members take assessments that cover the campus curriculum and hand in completed work for evaluation. A campus expert reviews the entire record and either grants the certificate or sends the submission back for corrections. Members who do not meet the threshold receive feedback on deficiencies and may resubmit. Each campus establishes criteria suited to its field, so the definition of a verifiable outcome in AI automation is not the same as in ecommerce or client acquisition.
Referred to as Tier II Clearance on the platform, the credential includes a verification link that members can share publicly with external employers and clients.
