Parksy (parksy.com) is launching its no-fee, commission-free parking marketplace on iOS, offering drivers the exact same features already accessible on Android.
A parking spot rental was never a lease. iOS users can now search, book and appeal fines for free, same as everyone on Android.”— Daniel BattagliaNEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, August 30, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Parksy (parksy.com), the commission-free, free parking marketplace, is now available on the Apple App Store, complementing its earlier Android release and making the platform accessible on both major mobile ecosystems for the first time. The iOS app can be found at https://apps.apple.com/us/app/parksy-parking-made-easy/id6764472718 and the Android app at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.parksy.app.
This release follows a planned sequence. Parksy first built its marketplace on the web, then added Android after validating the model in 57 countries, and now brings the identical platform to iPhone — the same listings, the same free tools, and the same pricing everywhere, which is to say zero cost. Finding a spot is free. Listing a space is free. No commission appears anywhere in the process, on any platform.
What stands out to industry observers is what the app lacks. There is no booking-fee line, no service charge, and no percentage taken from space owners — the revenue mechanisms that define most competitors. Founder Daniel Battaglia sees that absence as the core feature. "Cross-platform parity usually means the fees follow you from one store to the other. Ours is the boring kind of parity: the app is free on Android, free on iOS, and free of surprises on both."
The iOS launch includes the full toolkit Parksy has been developing for drivers: search and booking across more than 108,000 listed spaces worldwide, the AI-powered fine appeal calculator, a parking sign scanner, a find-my-parked-car feature, and a roadside accident report that functions without a signal. Most tools require no registration at all.
For space owners, the app expands the listing side of the marketplace — driveways, garages and unused spots — with no lease paperwork and no revenue share, consistent with the platform's approach since 2011.
"Fifteen years in, being on both app stores is less a milestone than a housekeeping item," Battaglia said. "The milestone is doing it without ever charging a driver to be introduced to a parking space. That part we are proud of."
