Impact Network from October 1–3, 2026, in Chesterfield, Missouri.
Organized by Sandy Wardenburg Waggett, proprietor of MSW Interactive Designs and Infinite Yous, Human by Design marks the 67th Annual Eagle Summit. The event is deliberately capped at 75 founders, CEOs, senior leaders, and leadership-team members, and features 22 speakers from across the nation.
Instead of focusing on transient AI tools, the program emphasizes the leadership framework necessary to deploy AI responsibly and effectively. Attendees will work toward developing a business-specific AI integration strategy and a digital-clone blueprint that incorporates their voice, video presence, and knowledge.
Michalowicz will give the primary keynote address on Friday, October 2. His published works include Profit First, Clockwork, The Pumpkin Plan, Fix This Next, Get Different, All In, and the 2026 release The Money Habit. The event features a distinctive link between its host and headliner.
